EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL 0802070001 UTC.PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 361659N/0922924W OR THE FLIPPIN (FLP) VOR/DME 234 DEGREE RADIAL AT 1.8 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 2000 AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR TORNADO RECOVERY. GASSVILLE SHERIFF OFFICE, TELEPHONE 870-425-7000, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MEMPHIS/ZME/ ARTCC, 901-368-8234, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
