New USB Charger Augments Line Of TSO-Certified Chargers

Appareo announced the release of the Stratus Power Max, its newest addition to the line of Technical Standard Order (TSO) certified USB charging products with dual USB-C connectors that deliver up to 60 watts of charging power.

The dual connectors each deliver up to 30 watts for charging virtually any kind of portable electronic device. It also has installation connectors on the back and bottom for convenience and flexibility. Its compact and durable design with high-quality materials enable it to endure the rigors of flight while it maintains an unobtrusive profile.

The advanced safety features of the Power Max include overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection ensuring reliable and safe operation. It includes a wiring harness 6 feet long with the connector already pinned out. It is covered under FAA TSO-C71 certification as the Stratus Power Max meets the rigorous standards for aviation performance and safety.

Kris Garberg, President of Appareo Aviation said, “Stratus Power Max is a game-changer in in-flight charging solutions.
