PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF THE GRAND FORKS /GFK/ VORTAC 115 DEGREE RADIAL AT 19 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR POLICE ACTIVITY, MAJOR MIKE FONDER OF THE GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT TELEPHONE 701-746-2542, IS IN CHARGE ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. GRAND FORKS AFSS /GFK/ TELEPHONE 701-792-4304, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
