Event To Feature Business Expo, Introduce New Restaurant

The folks at Williston Municipal Airport (X60) are finishing plans for their Annual Williston Airport Fest on Saturday, March 27th. The event will feature an Open House for the new airport building.

For the first time this year, the event will include a Business Expo where visitors can meet local businesses and learn what they have to offer. There is also a new restaurant, the Pyper Kub café, just steps outside the gate from the Williston Airport FBO.  It is open 7 days a week from 0700-1500, except on Fridays, when it is open until 1900.

The fly-in will feature all types of aircraft including biplanes and EAA chapter 1484's experimental airplanes. Historic military vehicles and equipment will be on display with retired military to answer your questions. There will also be a bounce house for the children as well as food, arts & craft vendors.

Admission is $2.00 for adults, children under 10 are free, as is the parking.
