"We are extremely proud to add Azul to our list of customers. They are an award-winning South American airline with a significant presence in the Latin American regional aviation sector," said Garry Topp, Sales Director at TrueNoord with specific responsibility for the Americas. "Azul is committed to developing regional aviation and upgrading their fleet and so we look forward to a successful long-term relationship."

"These two aircraft signify the start of a relationship with TrueNoord," said Priscilla Branco, Head of Aircraft Programs for Azul. "We welcome working with a specialist lessor of regional jets as we continue the development of this important part of our business."

The aircraft were purchased with leases attached from CCB Financial Leasing Corporation Ltd.
