NBAA 2003 Begins Next Week With A Record 1,067 Exhibitors

One Week To Go... ANN Will Post Comprehensive DAILY Updates!

Next week, NBAA "Celebrates 100 Years of Flight" at the Association's 56th Annual Meeting & Convention, to be held October 7 to 9 at the Orlando/Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, with a special "Countdown to Kitty Hawk" exhibit showcasing the most authentic replica of the 1903 Wright Flyer. Compared to last year's Convention -- which closed with 1,011 Exhibitors -- this year 1,067 Exhibiting Companies currently are registered for NBAA 2003, including 19 Exhibitors appearing only at the NBAA Static Display of Aircraft on Orlando Executive Airport (ORL), where 105 aircraft will be shown.

NBAA 2003 also will feature special guests and speakers from all areas of the aviation community, including FAA Administrator Marion Blakey, House Aviation Subcommittee chairman John L. Mica (R-FL 7th), astronauts Neil Armstrong and Eugene Cernan, FAA regulator Nick Sabatini and Wright Brothers National Memorial park ranger Darrell Collins.

As usual, ANN is sending an expert team of aviation journalists to NBAA to provide daily coverage of this pivotal event.
