ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF NORTH SHORE MINING COMPANY COMMUNICATION ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 10,000 FT MSL WITHIN 2 NAUTICAL MILES EITHER SIDE OF A LINE FROM THE ELY /ELO/ VOR/DME 195 DEGREE RADIAL AT 14 NAUTICAL MILES TO THE ELY /ELO/ VOR/DME 205 DEGREE RADIAL AT 15 NAUTICAL MILES.
