ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF UTAH DEPT. OF TRANSPORTATION ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 18000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 402028N/1113600W AND THE FAIRFIELD /FFU/ VORTAC 060 DEGREE RADIAL AT 16 NAUTICAL MILES. UDOT 801-376-7036 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. CEDAR CITY /CDC/ AFSS 435-586-1525 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
