PURSUANTTO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT 7 NM RADIUS OF 371300N/0832930W OR THE HAZARD /AZQ/ VOR/DME230 DEGREE RADIAL AT 15.1 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3800 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FOREST FIRE. U.S. DEPT OF FORESTRY,TELEPHONE 859-749-2469, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. INDIANAPOLIS /ZID/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 317-247-2242 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
