Bell Releases Revised, Upscale 429

Premium, Deluxe Interior Offers Customers Colorful Leather, Fully Trimmed Cabin

Bell has announced a new Designer Series interior for their 429, recently debuted at the 2022 Heli-Expo.

The change spiffs up the stock 429 interior with better, higher-quality leathers sporting a wider range of colorations, offering seating for 6 in crimson, sand, or arctic gray on black. The refreshed schemes are bolstered by refreshed trimmings for an extra touch of class, with small fixtures like door handles and seat belts finished in lustrous, metallic accents. Bell uses its best cuts of leather to cover nearly every part of the cabin, with consoles, door accent panels, and headliners coordinated with the seating. Hardwood flooring and improved upholstery ensure that the flooring is suitably upscale, yet hard-wearing and resistant to staining.

Even better, the Designer Series is meant for a long service life, as Bell made sure the seat tailoring is removable and replaceable in the field, allowing the 429's cabin area to age gracefully - an important aspect for a long serving premium transport helicopter.

“The new Designer Series interior in the Bell 429 sets a new standard for Bell interiors,” said LaShan Bonaparte, vice president of global sales. “At Bell, it is important to us to provide our customers quality products and services. We’ve been working with our customers and listening to their feedback to design an interior that provides a comfortable and luxurious experience in the aircraft.”
