Mike Whaley, a supporter of the Valkaria Airport in Florida. That's
the airport that just had one of its most vocal NIMBYs named to the
airport advisory board. Mike discusses the unique challenges
Valkaria supporters faced in getting Brevard County commissioners
to approve an airport master plan
