Acron Reaches 100th A320neo Full Flight Sim Installation

London Training Center Gets Milestone Device

Acron Aviation announced it installed its 100th Airbus A320neo state-of-the-art full flight simulator at its London Training Center to expand its capacity and reaffirming its commitment to addressing the growing demand for commercial pilot training in Europe.

The milestone device was manufactured at Acron’s UK facility in Crawley, near London Gatwick Airport, where its London Training Center is also located. The installation of its 100th device is a significant achievement that adds to Acron’s reputation in aviation training and infrastructure.

The new sim is in place for the first quarter of 2026, meaning that Acron’s London Training Center will be ready and equipped to deliver increased training capacity as it improves access to cutting-edge flight simulation technology for airline and cadet pilots.

David Coward, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Training Services for Acron Aviation said, "This new simulator not only increases our operational capacity in London but also marks an important achievement in our ongoing investment in training excellence. Reaching 100 A320 devices is a testament to our longstanding partnerships with Airbus, global airlines and our role in shaping the next generation of commercial aviators."

Acron Aviation provides a full range of pilot training services at both its London and Bangkok training facilities including type rating for Boeing 737NG, Airbus A320 and A330, and ATR 72-500/600. The company also delivers Cross Crew Qualification and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training.
