PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR DEMOLITION OPERATIONS OF POTENTIALLY EXPLOSIVE MUNITIONS. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT UNDER THE DIRECTION OF PIKA INTERNATIONAL ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FT AGL WITHIN A 1 NMR OF RAVENNA ARMY ARSENAL 411150N/0810543W AND THE AKRON (ACO) VOR/DME 046 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.2 NAUTICAL MILES. MEL LAU, PIKA INTERNATIONAL, TELEPHONE 330-352-5305, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. CLEVELAND ARTCC /ZOB/, TELEPHONE 440-774-0426, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
