PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 463567N/1213250W THE YAKIMA /YKM/ VORTAC 251 DEGREE RADIAL AT 15 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 9000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING OPERATIONS. THE US FOREST SERVICE, JOHN RING 360-896-3473/FREQ 132.125, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. SEATTLE /SEA/ AFSS 206-658-6607 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
