JSSI Builds On Success In The Middle East

ExecuJet Middle East Is Recognized At MEBA As Part Of JSSI’s 25th Anniversary

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), the leading provider of hourly cost maintenance programs for the business aviation industry, continues to build on its accomplishments in the Middle East and recognizes long-standing client, ExecuJet Middle East, as part of its 25th anniversary celebration.

Early in 2000, JSSI made a commitment to expand its presence in the Middle East and years later, their success continues to build in this region. JSSI has actively supported the Middle East Business Aviation (MEBA) event since it began in 2005 and established an office in the Dubai Airport Freezone in 2012. Today, business jet owners and operators based throughout the region in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and United Arab Emirates have enrolled hundreds of assets onto JSSI Programs to stabilize their aircraft maintenance costs and improve residual value.

JSSI has acknowledged several loyal clients throughout the year, including the very first, Boise Cascade Corporation, that remains a JSSI client today, 25 years later.  ExecuJet Middle East is another loyal and distinguished JSSI client that currently has a mix of eight different business jets enrolled onto a combination of JSSI Engine, Airframe and APU Programs.

“We’ve been in business for 25 years, because of our clients like ExecuJet that fly a wide range of aircraft,” stated Neil Book, President and CEO of JSSI. “We are grateful for their business and will continue to work hard to deliver the best customer service in the industry.  With more than 340 maintenance programs available, we are uniquely positioned to service this market.”

“ExecuJet Middle East originally chose JSSI to be the maintenance program service provider for a number of our managed aircraft back in 2007 due to the competitiveness of their hourly rates combined with the scope of the program coverage, in particular the Tip to Tail program,” stated Matthew Withers, Continuing Airworthiness Manager for ExecuJet Middle East.  “This matched and in most cases exceeded the coverage being provided by the traditional OEM programs and with the added benefit of being a “one stop” shop meant we could streamline our month end reporting and invoicing processes.  This was particularly important for us with multiple aircraft types within our fleet.“

Mr. Withers added, “We have been particularly impressed with the customer service JSSI provides and on the odd occasion when a dispute is raised, it is dealt with quickly and efficiently.  A welcome addition to the customer support provided by JSSI was the basing of a representative within the Middle East region.  This has helped our operation immensely and shows JSSI’s commitment to its customers in this region.”
