PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 254506N/0800707W OR THE VIRGINIA KEY /VKZ/ VOR/DME 094 DEGREE RADIAL AT 1.9 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR AIRCRAFT RESCUE. US COAST GUARD TELEPHONE 305-415-6800 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. THE SYSTEM OPERATION SUPPORT CENTER (SOSC), TELEPHONE 202-267-33, IN THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
