Hartzell Adds Lamar Technologies To ‘Firewall Forward’ Lineup

Long-Time Provider Of Voltage Regulators, Alternator Controls, Other Power Products

Hartzell Engine Tech, a unit of Signia Aerospace, announced the expansion of its “firewall forward” line of products to now include Lamar Technologies brand of advanced aviation electrical components and power systems.

The products made by Lamar Technologies complement Hartzell Engine Tech’s growing stable of firewall-forward engine accessories. Those include industry-known brands such as Sky-Tec and Plane-Power. Lamar supplies OEMs and also supports a robust global distribution network.

Lamar Technologies has been a trusted provider of voltage regulators, alternator controls, master control units, contactors, and battery charger/analyzer systems. The company’s product line includes battery chargers and analyzers tailored to the needs of commercial and military customers and also a range of power products and electrical components designed for safety and performance enhancement.

Lamar’s products are certified for use on over 85% of the existing single- and twin-engine piston and turbine aircraft being manufactured today.
