Landmark Aviation Completes Odyssey Aviation Acquisition

Landmark Aviation has announced its acquisition of the assets of Odyssey Aviation.

“This acquisition expands our presence in the Midwest and Southeast, and enhances our network capabilities to better service our customers,” said Dan Bucaro, Landmark Aviation President & CEO.

With locations in Cincinnati, OH (LUK), Columbus, OH (CMH), Chicago, IL (MDW), Asheville, NC (AVL), Charleston, SC (CHS), Lafayette, LA (LFT), and New Orleans, LA (NEW), the Odyssey acquisition complements Landmark’s existing network and supports its growth strategy. This acquisition brings its network to 47 locations.

“We look forward to working with all of the airport authorities and supporting the aviation communities alike,” stated Mr. Bucaro. “We are committed to making improvements in these locations, as well as increasing business and being an active participant in the local communities.”

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Landmark Aviation operates a network of fixed base operations located throughout the U.S., and in Canada and Western Europe. The Company offers a wide range of services, including FBO, MRO, charter and management. Landmark is a portfolio company of GTCR Golder Rauner and Platform Partners, LLC.
