PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONSARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 4 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 472611N/0924306WOR THE HIBBING /HIB/ VOR/DME 355 DEGREE RADIAL AT 8 NAUTICAL MILESAT AND BELOW 4000 FT MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING. MN DNR AVIATION DESK, TELEPHONE 218-327-4582 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MINNEAPOLIS /ZMP/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 651-463-5580, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
