ATP Flight School Sponsors Free King Schools Flight Instructor Refresher Course

Program Open To ATP Graduates

ATP Flight School now sponsors a free Flight Instructor Refresher Course with King Schools for ATP graduates through the no-fees ATP Alumni Association. With this partnership, Airline Career Pilot Program graduates past and present will be able to use King Schools' industry-leading courseware free of charge to renew their flight instructor certificate, as part of the ATP Alumni Association's commitment to the success of ATP graduates.

"About two years ago, we integrated King Schools' courseware into ATP's Airline Career Pilot Program, from which over 1,000 commercial pilots graduate each year to meet the demand for airline pilots," said ATP Flight School President, Justin Dennis, "We appreciate our ATP Alumni and hope they enjoy this benefit made possible through our collaboration with King Schools."

The ATP Alumni Association aims to support a community of ATP graduates numbering more than 10,000 in their successful careers as professional pilots. Providing free access to proven quality resources, such as Kings School's FIRC, is just one such benefit.

"ATP's alumni represent the most professional pilot group in the industry," said Chris Carey, Director of the ATP Alumni Association, United Airlines pilot, and 2004 ATP graduate. "This investment in providing them access to the FIRC demonstrates our appreciation of them and commitment to their life-long success."

In addition to continuing education, the ATP Alumni Association also fosters the growth of alumni through sponsoring networking events nationwide and facilitating mentorship opportunities by connecting graduates.

"ATP's Alumni Association provides fantastic benefits to the school's graduates and we are thrilled to help those pilots maintain their CFI Certificates, even after they are flying professionally. Our hope is that many graduates will decide to give back to aviation by sharing their extensive knowledge and experience and helping to teach the next generation of pilots," said Barry Knuttila, King Schools' CEO.

ATP Alumni can register to obtain more information on FIRC, upcoming events, and additional benefits at ATPAlumni.org.
