PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS 442221N/1033655W AND THE RAPID CITY /RAP/ VORTAC 299 DEGREE RADIAL AT 35 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 9000 FT MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. BLACK HILL NATL FOREST, 605-393-8017/FREQ 122.575, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. HURON /HON/ AFSS, 605-352-7223, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
