PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 401950N/1115722W AND THE PROVO /PVU/ VOR/DME 290 DEGREE RADIAL AT 014 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 9500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, PHONE 801-908-1900/FREQ 127.475 (CONCRETE FIRE), IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. CEDAR CITY /CDC/ AFSS, PHONE 435-586-1525, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
