Martin Aircraft IPO Underway

Initial Share Price Set At $0.50 Australian Or $0.55 New Zealand

Martin Aircraft Company ... developer of the Martin Jetpack ... has gone public. The company announced Tuesday that the IPO offer for Martin Aircraft is now open.

Interested investors are encouraged to visit Martin Jetpack Offer to view the offer site where the prospectus may be downloaded and individuals can apply for shares in Martin Aircraft (subject to eligibility).

The company cautions that potential investors must consider the Prospectus, including risks that are outlined in that document, before applying for any shares under the IPO offer. The online application form that accompanies the Prospectus must also be completed.

Upon successful completion of this raising, Martin Aircraft will then apply to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code "MJP".

Shares are priced at A$0.50/NZ$0.55 and the minimum investment is 4,000 shares.
