ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF ALABAMA STATE POLICE, CAPT GOODNER, PHONE 334-868-9415, ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILES EITHER SIDE OF A LINE FROM 301327N/0880110W/301642N/0873227W AND THE SEMMES /SJI/ VORTAC 150 DEGREE RADIAL AT 035 NAUTICAL MILES TO THE SEMMES /SJI/ VORTAC 122 DEGREE RADIAL AT 050 NAUTICAL MILES.
