PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO RELIEF ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH HURRICANE IVAN. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF ALABAMA STATE POLICE, CAPT GOODNER, PHONE 334-868-9415, ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILES EITHER SIDE OF A LINE FROM 301327N/0880110W/301642N/0873227W AND THE SEMMES /SJI/ VORTAC 150 DEGREE RADIAL AT 035 NAUTICAL MILES TO THE SEMMES /SJI/ VORTAC 122 DEGREE RADIAL AT 050 NAUTICAL MILES.
