Avflight Expands Into Utah With Latest Acquisition

Ogden Becomes First In State, 27th Facility Worldwide

Avflight Corp. announced its acquisition of Kemp Jet Services at Ogden Regional Airport (KOGD), expanding its footprint to become the first Avflight FBO in Utah and the 27th globally. The transaction became effective on December 9, 2024.

The OGD facility is located centrally in the U.S. and will serve as a gateway to Utah’s scenic destinations and also larger cities in the region such as Salt Lake City, Cheyenne, and the Denver area.

The facility is spacious, with comfortable lounges for passengers and pilots alike, a conference room, gym, and a state-of-the-art fuel farm. The four-bay hangar is large, totaling 50,000 square feet and has a door system able to accommodate aircraft of any size.

Avflight will retain the dedicated team from Kemp Jet, assuring customers that their reputation for excellent services for passengers and aircraft. This will maintain continuity and assure a seamless transition for guests while also providing enhanced services available through the support of the Avflight network. Avflight is rebranding the facility to match the modern look and feel of the other Avflight facilities.
