Out-Of-Warranty G1000 Systems Covered Under New Service Contract Program

FliteLevel Extended Warranty May Be Purchased At Any Time, Garmin Says

A new extended warranty program for aircraft equipped with Garmin G1000 systems that are both in and out of warranty coverage has been introduced by Garmin.

The G1000 FliteLevel Service Contract, which may be purchased at any time and provides warranty coverage for the G1000 system, lasts for three years and begins immediately after the aircraft is registered under the service contract.

The FliteLevel Service Contract offers added flexibility for customers purchasing new and used G1000- equipped airplanes. All G1000 Line Replaceable Units (LRU’s) are covered under this new service contract providing comprehensive coverage, including labor associated with a claim. Adding to the flexibility, the FliteLevel program is fully transferrable at the time of sale of a participating aircraft, providing extra value and assurance for the new owner. Customers will receive priority shipping for all LRUs and can utilize Garmin’s extensive network of Authorized Service Centers.

Pricing for the FliteLevel Service Contract is based on aircraft type, the number of displays, and is dependent on the number of options installed, such as the GWX weather radar or GFC 700 autopilot. Customers may contact a Garmin Dealer today to enroll in the FliteLevel Service Contract.
