We Have A (Caption Contest) Winner!

Good Things Come To Those Who Wait

And wait, and wait... After making it through the hectic preparation and the insanely busy coverage of Oshkosh, ANN is finally ready to announce the winner of our last caption contest.

Our GA pilots and flight instructors pushed this caption to the top of the list:

"CFI, in a calm and reassuring voice, "Okay.  Now look up and recover..."

Stephen Vook sent this in from Hawaii, where he reads Aero-News when the surf's not up. His caption attracted more than double the votes of any other, but runners up included:

"Found my pen.  Thanks"

IP: "Um, I've got it."

These captions are standing by in case of a scandal developing with the winning caption.

For his wit, Stephen wins a much coveted, often imitated, never equaled Aero-News hat, not to mention the bragging rights. (Tin Foil Lining is optional equipment.)

He came out on top of way too many entries to count again. We've gotta find a way to automate this next time!
