Atlantic Aviation To Add Rifle Jet Center FBO

Will Bolster Chain's Presence In Rocky Mountains

Late last month, Dallas-based Atlantic Aviation completed the acquisition of Rifle Air, LLC -- an FBO operator located at the Garfield County Regional Airport in Rifle, CO. The Rifle site will be combined with Atlantic's existing nationwide network of 69 FBOs.

"Adding the Rifle FBO to our network will complement our nearby Aspen FBO and allow Atlantic to better serve customers in the Rocky Mountains region," said Atlantic CEO, Louis T. Pepper.

The acquisition was completed November 30. Integration of the FBO into the Atlantic network is expected to be completed in December 2007, and will include the deployment of Atlantic's marketing programs and a re-branding of the facility.

The existing management and staff of Rifle will remain in their current roles and operate within Atlantic’s existing regional management structure.

Over the past two years, Dallas-based Atlantic has mushroomed by acquiring and integrating the FBO networks of Trajen, Supermarine and Mercury Air Centers.
