THE U.S.F.S, DFPA-ODF, PHONE 541-504-7303 OR FREQ 132.175, (BLAND MOUNTAIN FIRE #2)IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. MCMINNVILLE /MMV/ AFSS, PHONE 503-474-2846, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
