Latitude Aero Completes Expansion

Seating Overhaul Company Re-Hires Original Employee as Marketing Director

Aircraft seat crafter Latitude Aero announced the addition of their new marketing coordinator Emma Reno. She will be responsible for researching and analyzing the trends of the aircraft interior and seating market, as well as helping to develop coherent, company-wide marketing strategies.

Reno is a recent graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in Marketing. She returns to the company in her new role, having been with the business from the very start before attending college. Re-joining the company will allow her to bring a sense of history to the role, understanding the foundations that allowed Latitude to get where it is today.

“From working at Latitude part-time in 2015 to now, I have watched this company continue to grow and evolve, and I cannot wait to see where 2022 will take us,” says Reno. “I am excited to be a part of such a progressive company, and I am confident that my skills and knowledge will be a great asset to Latitude’s Marketing Team.”

Latitude's recent expansion saw the company's space double, allowing new capabilities with additional space and personnel. The company is looking to add 15-20 employees to fill their 100,000 square foot headquarters, enabling them to provide deep cleaning, seat modifications, IFE upgrades, in-seat power modifications, and more. Latitude Aero has sought to build a name for itself as the cabin upgrade expert, offering maintenance, parts manufacturing, and customization for airlines, operators, or MRO's.

“We are thrilled to have Emma officially join the Latitude family,” says Latitude CEO Kelvin Boyette. "She has come full circle from her beginning as a part-time seating technician when the company was founded to her new full-time position post-university. Her integrated marketing and graphic design experience will allow us to capitalize on the strength of the Latitude brand as we continue to innovate and grow.”
