ASA Names Director Of Marketing

Brian Snider Has Worked For The Company Since 2008

Aviation Supplies & Academics, Inc. (ASA) is pleased to announce that Brian Snider has accepted the Director of Marketing position for the company. He began working for ASA in 2008 as a product specialist, moved to a marketing coordinator position in 2012, and has now transitioned to Director of Marketing.

Snider holds commercial pilot and flight instructor (CFI) certificates with rotorcraft category, helicopter class and instrument helicopter ratings as well as an advanced ground instructor certificate (AGI) and a remote pilot certificate with a small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) rating.

Prior to coming to work for the company, he obtained his rotorcraft certificates and ratings with the help of ASA training products. "As I was completing my CFII training, I discovered that ASA was right here in my backyard! I approached them with a concept for a flight training product and in short order was offered a job with the company," Snider said.

"For the past 9 years I have been fortunate to work on a wide range of projects from product design and development to multi-platform marketing strategies and implementation. I look forward to the challenges this new opportunity brings."
