Senator James Inhofe Introduces 'The Plane Act'

Senator James Inhofe (R-OK) is one of the biggest supporters of General Aviation serving in the United States Congress. Each year at AirVenture, Aero-News is fortunate enough to have an opportunity to sit down with Senator Inhofe to discuss issues related to General Aviation.

In this first of three segments of our in-depth interview with the Senator, he discusses several of the bills related to GA that have been debated in Washington this year, which he said is the most of all the time he has served in the Senate.

A great deal of that was due to the passage of the FAA reauthorization bill, Inhofe said, but there were other successes as well, as Inhofe explained to Aero-News Editor-in-Chief Jim Campbell.
