Sky Harbour To Build New Campus At Trenton-Mercer

Lease Signed For 10-Acre Home Base Facility

The Sky Harbour Group announced the signing of a lease agreement with Mercer County for the development of a 10-acre Home Base campus at the Trenton-Mercer Airport (KTTN) in New Jersey.

The facility is projected to create or sustain hundreds of jobs that will generate a significant economic benefit for the county.

Sky Harbour is developing a nationwide network of higher-end home base campuses that include hangar space to house business jets of any size, adjacent offices, infrastructure, and large ramp and automobile parking areas for tentants.

The company currently operates facilities at Sugarland Regional (KSGR) in Houston, Texas, Nashville International (KBNA) in Tennessee, Miami-Opa Locka Executive (KOPF) in Florida, San Jose Mineta (KSJC), and Camarillo (KCMA) airports, the latter two in California.

Additional campuses are in various stages of development or construction at Centennial (KAPA) near Denver, Colorado; Phoenix Deer Valley (KDVT) in Arizona, Addison (KADS) in Dallas, Texas, Chicago Executive (KPWK) in Illinois, Bradley International (KBDL) in Connecticut, Hudson Valley Regional (KPOU) in New York, Orlando Executive (ORL) in Florida, Dulles International (KIAD) in Washington, D.C., Stewart International (KSWF) in New York, and Salt Lake City International (KSLC) in Utah.

Tal Keinan, Sky Harbour’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, “Trenton-Mercer, TTN, serves Southern New Jersey, and the New York and Philadelphia metro markets. TTN is Sky Harbour’s fourth airport serving the New York Metro. Mercer County has been an outstanding partner, and we are grateful for the opportunity to deliver on our commitment to the airport and to the citizens of Ewing Township and Trenton. The Sky Harbour campus will be another best-in-class facility with outstanding operational leadership driving uncompromising standards for business aviation safety and efficiency.”
