PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 443920N/1041616W OR THE RAPID CITY /RAP/ VORTAC 294 DEGREE RADIAL AT 67.8 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 8000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. MY-WRX TELEPHONE 605-393-8017/ FREQ 118.950 (BASIN DRAW) IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. CAPSER /CPR/ AFSS TELEPHONE 307-472-8901 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
