Kennon Ends Individual Direct Sales In December

Strategic Pivot To Manufacturers & Fleets, Warranty Support Continues

Kennon Products, the Sheridan, Wyoming-based provider of aircraft covers, cowl plugs, and other products for general aviation aircraft, announced it is embarking on a strategic shift in operations and will no longer be selling products directly to individual aircraft owners. The last day the company is accepting final direct orders will be December 15, 2025.

Kennon said selected products will be available for certain aircraft years, makes, and models through authorized dealers, and will continue to honor warranties and support its products into the future.

In a post on their facebook page, Kennon explained they are making a move toward working more closely with aircraft manufacturers and fleet operators. The company believes that is where it can make the largest impact with its expertise in safety, quality, and innovation.

By making this move, the company will be able to:

  • deliver greater value through large-scale partnerships
  • invest more deeply in advance product development
  • support the evolving needs of the aviation industry at scale

Kennon wrote in its post, “At Kennon, we're proud of the decades we've spent supporting the general aviation community and individual aircraft owners. Your trust and partnership have been at the heart of our growth.

“We are incredibly grateful to the individual aircraft owners who have trusted us over the years, and we look forward to continuing to shape the future of aviation together--with manufacturers, operators, and partners across the industry. Thank you for flying with us and trusting Kennon to protect your aircraft.”
