ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF SSGT TWO FEATHER ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 13000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF THE 365438N/ 1143454W AND THE MORMON MESA /MMM/ VORTAC 266 DEGREE RADIAL AT 018 NAUTICAL MILES. SSGT TWO FEATHER, 702-652-4222, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. RENO /RNO/ AFSS, 775-784-5048, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
