PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR GAS RELEASE ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF TRANSCANADA GAS ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 11000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 455340N/1190406W OR THE PENDLETON /PDT/ VORTAC 315 DEGREE RADIAL AT 12.9 NAUTICAL MILES TRANSCANADA GAS, TELEPHONE 509-546-8803, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. SEATTLE /ZSE/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 253-351-3520, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
