12/26/03), EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED BELOW AND/OR UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY
ATC: A. ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS WITHIN 5 NMR BLW 12500 FEET AGL ARE
PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR MILITARY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, EMERGENCY MEDICAL
AIRCRAFT, AND WASHINGTON DULLES (IAD) ARRIVALS ON OR SOUTH THE MRB
065R ARE EXEMPT FROM THESE PROVISIONS UNDER THE FOLLOWING

GLIDER OPERATIONS, PARACHUTE OPERATIONS, ULTRALITE, HANG GLIDING,
BALLOON OPERATIONS, AGRICULTURE/CROP DUSTING, ANIMAL POPULATION
