CAE Signs Long-Term Agreement With Air Europa

Will Provide Pilot And Cabin Crew Training

CAE and Air Europa have extended their relationship by signing a long-term exclusive pilot training agreement. The contract was included as an agreement to an undisclosed customer in CAE's press release dated December 21, 2015.

CAE will provide training for Air Europa's Embraer E195 pilots at CAE's training centres in Gatwick (UK), and Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and for the airline's Airbus A330 pilots at CAE training centres in Madrid (Spain), Rome (Italy) and Gatwick. CAE will also provide the airline with safety training for its pilots and cabin crew in Madrid.

"We are proud to have CAE as our training partner of choice to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and service for our passengers," said Andrés Bello, Chief Operating Officer, Air Europa. "We have always been able to count on CAE with training solutions to support our growth."

"We are delighted to extend our training partnership with Air Europa," said Nick Leontidis, CAE's Group President, Civil Aviation Training Solutions. "CAE is a leader in training thanks to our loyal customers worldwide."

Air Europa has been a CAE customer since 2005. CAE has been operating its training centre in Palma de Mallorca and has an agreement to provide the airline with its future A330 pilots.
