Goodrich Appoints President, Engine Control And Electrical Power Systems

Richard Ingram Promoted From Primary Flight Control Vice President

Goodrich Corporation has appointed Richard Ingram as president of its Engine Control and Electrical Power Systems business unit. Ingram, formerly vice president of Primary Flight Controls and Machining Strategy for Goodrich's Actuation Systems business, will report to Curtis Reusser, segment president, Electronic Systems. Ingram replaces Bob Yancey who is retiring.

Commenting on the appointment, Reusser said, "Richard has made a strong contribution to our Actuation Systems business. His 20 years of experience with Goodrich and formerly acquired TRW Aeronautical Systems includes operations, engineering, and business development and provides a solid foundation as he transitions into his new position. In addition, I thank Bob for his 31 years of dedicated service to Goodrich."

Ingram joined Goodrich via the acquisition of TRW Aeronautical Systems in 2002. He became vice president of European Civil Business for Goodrich's Actuation Systems business in 2003, and has held positions of increasing responsibility. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester University and an MBA in Marketing from Warwick Business School, both in the UK.

Ingram's appointment is effective June 13, 2011.
