FDC 4/6088 ZHU TX.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS SAN ANTONIO, TX. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL 0406301400 UTC. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR TRAIN ACCIDENT WITH CHLORINE GAS PLUME. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION SAFD SAN ANTONIO FIRE DEPARTMENT ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF THE 2919.69N/09840.45W AND THE SAN ANTONIO /SAT/ VORTAC 206 DEGREE RADIAL AT 022 NAUTICAL MILES. MR. JENKINS 210-219-0567, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. SAN ANGELO /SJT/ AFSS 325-223-041, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
