The NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots has filed a lawsuit against NetJets Aviation and its parent, NetJets, Inc.

The Union represents more than 2,700 pilots employed by NetJets. In the lawsuit, the Union alleges NetJets gained unauthorized access to the Union's password-protected Internet message board in violation of the Stored Communications Act. The message board is a private forum for pilots to communicate with each other and their Union leaders. The U.S. House of Representatives has voted to renew several expiring tax provisions – including accelerated depreciation – for one year. Bonus depreciation expired at the end of 2013, but NBAA and a broad coalition of industry groups have backed efforts in Congress to renew it retroactively as part of a package of tax “extenders.” Robinson Helicopter Company’s float option for its 5-place R66 has been FAA approved. Designated the R66 Turbine Marine, the R66 pop-out float option is similar to the R44 Clipper pop-out float option. All this... and MORE in today's episode of Airborne!!!
