Succeeds Scott C. Donnelly Who Becomes Executive Chairman

Textron announced that its Board of Directors promoted Lisa Atherton, currently President and CEO of Bell Textron, to the role of President and CEO of Textron Inc., effective January 4, 2026. She will succeed Scott C. Donnelly, who will become Textron’s Executive Chairman to lead its Board of Directors and provide advice and counsel to the CEO.

R. Kerry Clark, Textron’s Lead Director said, “The Board is pleased to name Lisa as our next CEO after conducting a comprehensive succession planning process and believes this transition will ensure continued success for the Company. As a member of Textron’s executive leadership team for over 8 years, we witnessed Lisa play a key role in driving growth across her businesses and winning critical programs.
