Embraer Holds Operators Conference In Australia

Brasilia Fliers Will Meet In Darwin Next Week

Embraer will hold the 10th edition of its Australian Operators Conference (EOC) for the EMB 120 Brasilia aircraft, November 23 and 24, in the city of Darwin, Australia.

Under the theme "Embraer: Always Supporting your Airline", EOC Australia is Embraer's effort to reassure customers the planemaker maintains support for even its oldest aircraft.

"The tenth edition of the Embraer Operators Conference Australia marks 30 years of the Company’s presence in Asia Pacific, and is a confirmation of our continuous support to operators of the Brasilia in the region," said Acir Padilha, Vice President, Customer Support – Airline Market. "The event is a remarkable opportunity for customers, suppliers, service providers, and civil aviation officials to share information and knowledge about the airline market."

The Conference will be attended by five operators from Australia that operates a total of 23 EMB 120 Brasilia aircraft.

Representatives of Australia’s Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) will also take part in the encounter, which will discuss technical, operational, logistical, and flight safety issues.
