From NBAA 2010: Surprise Agreement Could Be Start Of BizJet Powerhouse Partnership

Uh... wow. That's the collective reaction we saw and experienced as Eclipse' Mason Holland stood up in front of god and everybody and announced that mighty Sikorsky Aircraft was buying into little ol' Eclipse.

This is more than a fortuitous big company/little company pairing... as Eclipse, a company with untold potential in an increasingly cost-conscious industry, brings Sikorsky on board -- a company that knows how to tap potential like few others in the history of the Aerospace world. Yup... this is a very big deal.

The deal is intriguing... and Holland describes it as an 'agreement in principle... in which Sikorsky will make an investment in Eclipse Aerospace Inc.'
