Yingling Aviation Responds To Revised Cessna 441 Inspection Program

Company Aims To Keep Conquests Flying

Yingling Aviation tells ANN it has developed a comprehensive plan for "hassle-free" compliance with a newly-implemented Continuous Inspection Program for the Cessna Model 441 Conquest II.

Launched by Cessna on June 1 2007, the revised Continuous Inspection Program recommends that both FAR Part 91 and Part 135 operators comply with a series of supplemental inspection documents (SID), which are now being incorporated into an expanded Phase Inspection program with a compliance deadline of September 1, 2008.

"These inspections hit the entire fleet of 441's and Yingling has taken the lead in working with Cessna to support the owners and operators of Conquest II's affected by this new inspection program," said Bob Gallop, Yingling's vice president of Repair Station Operations.

"As a primary authorized Propjet Service Station working very closely with Cessna to support out of production aircraft  and owners and operators, we are extremely familiar with the aircraft and understand the affect these inspections will cause. We've developed a plan that should minimize downtimes and make compliance with the newly revised Continuous Inspection Program requirements virtually painless," he added.

Yingling is the oldest Cessna Propjet Service Center. Based at Mid-Continent Airport (ICT) in Wichita, KS, Yingling is a Cessna and McCauley Propeller Authorized Service Center specializing in servicing Cessna piston, turbine and jet aircraft.
