ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF FORT BRAGG ATC AND AIRSPACE OFFICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 1000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 351525N/0790001W OR THE FAYETTEVILLE (FAY) VOR/DME 340 DEGREE RADIAL AT 17 NAUTICAL MILES. FORT BRAGG AIR TRAFFIC/AIRSPACE OFFICE 910-432-1161 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION AND IS THE ATC COORDINATION FACILITY.
