Advanced Commercial Air Services Provider Dispatches Two Radar-Equipped A-4 Skyhawks
Draken International is attending the Weapons and Tactics Conference (WEPTAC 2015) at Nellis AFB in Nevada. Draken will be featuring a very small portion of its 70+ fleet of aircraft, with two Douglas A-4K Skyhawks prominently displayed on the flight line.

The presence of Draken's A-4K Skyhawks at the event demonstrates the immediate availability of commercially operated fourth generation fighter aircraft offered by the company. Draken International CEO Jared Isaacman states, "These aircraft, equipped with 4th generation radar capabilities, will hopefully open the door for a unique training service that can represent billions of dollars in cost savings to the United States Government."
The A-4 Skyhawks with their digital data bus and sophisticated avionics suite offer a credible and cost-effective solution to complement the 57 Fighter Wing Aggressors as well as other units within the United States Air Force. Draken's extensive inventory of aircraft, including brand new Aero Vodochody L-159E's, are multi-role platforms capable of augmenting military assets in threat simulation, "red air" aggressor profiles and even air-to-ground JTAC training. The Weapons and Tactics Conference at Nellis AFB is attended by the finest warfighters in America. Draken looks forward to demonstrating its exclusive capabilities in the Advanced Commercial Air Services industry.
Draken International maintains the largest fleet of privately owned tactical aircraft in the world, with over 70 tactical aircraft including Douglas A-4 Skyhawks, Aero Vodochody L-159E, Aermacchi MB-339CBs and Mikoyan Mig-21 fighters. Draken's aircraft are equipped with technologically advanced radar and sensors commonly found in 4th generation fighter jets. This enables Draken to simulate various modern threat scenarios while utilizing economical long endurance aircraft. Sean Gustafson, Draken International's Vice President of Business Development and a reserve F-16 fighter pilot, added, "Draken International is the only provider able to meet an immediate demand for Advanced Contract Air Services with our radar equipped aircraft. With the Douglas A-4s and our brand new Aero Vodochody L-159Es, we are able to operate and sustain the largest and most capable commercially operated fighter force in the world."
