PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT 5 NMR AT AND BELOW 10,000 OF THE 351651N/1192744W OR THE SHAFTER /EHF/ VORTAC 222 DEGREE RADIAL AT 022 NM AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING. KERN COUNTY FIRE TELEPHONE 661-324-6551/ELK HILLS OIL FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. LOS ANGELES /ZLA/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 661-265-8205 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
