Description:  FOR FLORIDA, ALABAMA, AND MISSISSIPPI WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT UNTIL FURHTER NOTICE. 

FDC 4/9814 ZTL FLIGHT RESTRICTION FOR FLORIDA, ALABAMA, AND MISSISSIPPI, WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT UNTIL FURHTER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) HEAVY VOLUME OF LOW ALTITUDE DISASTER RELIEF ROTARY AND FIXED WING TRAFFIC AT NUMEROUS HURRICANE DISASTER LOCATIONS WITH THE SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE STATES OF, ALABAMA AND MISSISSIPPI AND NORTH- WEST PORTION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA. PILOTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO AVOID NAVIGATING THROUGH AND OR LOITERING WITHIN COMMON KNOWLEDGE HURRICANE DISASTER AREAS IN ORDER TO AVOID CAUSING INTERFERENCE WITH DISASTER RELIEF EFFORTS UNDERWAY. SURFACE UP TO 3,000 FEET AGL. THE ATLANTA ARTCC, TELEPHONE 770-210-7622, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
